How do I submit a support query from the parent dashboard?

Log in to your parent dashboard, click on "Report Issue / Query" button on the devices page, fill in your problem details, and submit. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

Is my child's data safe and private?

Absolutely. All data is encrypted, stored securely in our database, and only accessible by you — the registered parent. We do not share or sell any data.

Can I use Parentyx on multiple devices?

Yes! You can monitor multiple child devices from a single parent account. Simply add each device through the dashboard.
